Vera CFO Solutions LLC, doing business as Vera CFO (“Vera CFO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, retain, and disclose information through veracfo.com, our consultation scheduling tools, and our Facebook and Instagram lead forms.

Information We Collect

When you contact us through our website, we collect your name, email address, and any business information you choose to provide. When you schedule a consultation through Calendly, we receive the contact and scheduling information you submit.

Our Facebook and Instagram lead forms collect contact details and business qualification information. This may include your company name and website, approximate company revenue, business finance needs, and anticipated timing. Meta may prefill contact information for you to review before submitting.

Squarespace hosts our website and may process technical information, such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring websites, and visit times, for website operation, security, and analytics. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for these purposes.

Please do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, bank details, or confidential financial records through our inquiry forms.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry and scheduling information to respond to you, understand your business needs, arrange meetings, and discuss Vera CFO services. We follow up on lead inquiries by personal email. We do not enroll lead-form submissions in automated marketing emails, newsletters, or text-message campaigns.

We use website information to operate, secure, and improve the website and understand site traffic. We may also retain or use information to comply with legal obligations or address disputes.

Meta Lead Forms and Disclosures

When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta collects the information and makes it available to Vera CFO. Our authorized advertising contractor can access lead information within Meta to support the campaign. We transfer submissions to our internal customer relationship management system so we can contact you about a meeting. The contractor does not have access to our CRM or email account.

Meta handles information on its platforms under its own Privacy Policy. Vera CFO does not sell or rent lead information or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing.

Service Providers, Cookies, and International Processing

We use service providers to support our website, scheduling, communications, and information storage, including Squarespace and Calendly. Their processing is subject to their own privacy practices. See the Squarespace Cookie Policy and Calendly Privacy Notice.

Vera CFO operates in the United States and serves businesses internationally. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.

Retention and Privacy Requests

We retain inquiry information as reasonably necessary to respond to you, follow up according to your stated timing, and manage a prospective or ongoing business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations and legal requirements.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or exercise other privacy rights.
